Now it feels like Christmas...

Now it feels like Christmas...
There's about 2 inches of snow, and the white wet stuff is still falling. Roads are good and it looks way more festive out than it did 2 days ago. Very nice. Around noon it looked like it was going to lighten up, but it went back to being nice and gloomy. Perfect holiday weather.

Lighten up
Everyone (well, 2 of my coworkers and one of my online friends) is telling me I need to lighten up, be more outgoing, be more pro-active. Even I am aware that I need to be less distant. Sure, I'm friendly, nice, and polite, but I hold myself back from lots of situations. Gotta fix that. Only problem is, I don't know how. And part of me isn't even sure I want to.

The longest day
Tomorrow will be the longest day I've worked yet. 9AM to 7PM, and going to a basketball game for 2 hours right after. Fortunately, Saturday will be a day of rest, no work, no school, going out to get the Christmas tree. Which reminds me, I have to do some Christmas shopping one of these days.

Lost
Lost was excellent last night. Missed the last 3 minutes, but it was still good. Can't wait to see what Eko and Locke found on the tape. Glad to see Sawyer's back, his presense was really missing from the show while he was incapacitated. I hope he goes back to being a bit of a rebel, not fitting in too well.

Let Me Go
Listened to this last night on Scott Stapp's The Great Divide CD. The hope I was holding out for it was not realized. That leaves 3 good songs on the whole CD (that I know of so far). Glad I got it for only $8.99.
