I don't know if y'all remember this, but around Samhain 2005, a local feral predator by the name of Steven Avery abducted a photographer, and with the help of his 16yo nephew, tortured and murdered her.
Steven's on trial presently. Day one of the trial another nephew got up and told the jury Steven asked him to help hide a body. Defense asked for a mistrial, because they'd neglected to talk to the kid who'd given the testimony.
Denied. First rule of committing a crime is to NOT talk about it, or at least that's what I keep hearing.
I hope we never see Mr. Avery nor his feral nephew, Brendan Dassey on this side of the bars again. These two need to go away for the rest of their lives.
