Picked up my USP Compact 9mm last night. Great little gun. Fits my hand perfectly, points like my finger, and I love the safety setup on it. It probably won't be replacing my Sig220 as my nightstand gun, but it definitely joined it.
I've carried it concealed since I got up this morning. As long as I'm on my property, I'm not doing anything illegal, and I figure this is great training for when(if) I do get a CCW license. I'm getting used to it being on my hip all the time, getting used to not checking it every five seconds.
I'm not surprised to announce that I don't feel any different. I thought carrying a gun would make you feel different. It doesn't, anymore than my Spyderco did.
