Late this evening, after a partisan battle over the state budget that lasted more than a third of a year, my state inched ever closer to socialism.
The tax on cigarettes got bumped up an extra buck, and we've now got socialized medicine for all children and disadvantaged people. Plus 30mil for anti-smoking programs.
No idea how we're going to pay for a billion plus dollar socialist medical program. No damn clue.
And people think I'm joking when I say that I'm not going to get out of this state ASAP.
