I'm not going to cut and paste because it's two pages. Paraphrased, the DemCong played fast and loose with the rules, and because they did so, they passed a bill allowing criminal aliens to collect government benefits.
WHY we're having a reasonable debate on this is beyond me.
WHY we're not trying everyone on the "criminal alien" side of this debate for capital treason charges is ALSO beyond me.
