Saga Of The BAG Day Gun Pt2

To recap, my BAG Day gun thinks its a bolt action. FTEx, FTEj. It thinks it's a bolt-action. The gun-smith at Gander Mtn says it works perfectly well, I just had it set wrong. I set it right and wrong, and it still thinks it's a boltie.

So. I take it back today, with MY ammunition. He fires 4 rds of mine vs 4 rds Federal, and says that my Wolf is sticking in the chamber - I need to buy $20/20rd boxes of Federal to fix the problem. Never mind the fact that the gas tube is dang near falling off, a fact I've informed him of 3 times, once before I brought the rifle in, once when I took it in, and once when I picked it up. Nope, this cheap, junker gun, designed to be used by an illiterate peasant who probably peed in the action to keep it from freezing has developed a highly sophisticated and expensive palate now that it's on American soil.

I'm currently trying to contact a guy online about a replacement gas valve. Mine is too short, hence the gas tube wiggle, hence the escaping gas, hence the short-stroking, hence the bolt-action mentality.

Oh yeah and: My dad left his 1911 with the gun-smith. Apparently it came out of the factory with a burr on the ramp/in the barrel that is aggravated every time the gun cycles, to the point when it's FTFing nearly every round 2 years after manufacture. This gun was expensive enough that it should be point-and-click every time.
